This is an agreement between Indius LLC, a California corporation ("Indius"), the owner and operator of this website (the "Service"), and you, a registered user of the Service.

The Service

This is a doggone great service, everyone is woofing about it. But you already know that.

Fees

Indius does not believe in an ad-supported model, since serving ads inevitably leads to an invasion of your privacy. Though the Service is currently free, Indius reserves the right to start charging nominal fees to fund the ongoing operation and maintenance of the Service.

Indius will notify you before charging any fees, and if you wish to continue using the Service, you must pay the fees.

Our Rules

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

When you register to use the Service, you must provide accurate, complete and true information about yourself. Do not try to impersonate someone else.

Do not use anyone else's account, and do not let anyone else use your account. Keep your password secret.

Do not use any type of software or robot to create accounts or to access the Service, and do not send spam or unwanted emails.

Do not try to hack the Service. Do not upload any type of virus or do anything else that might interfere with the way the Service works. Do not do anything that might affect how other people use and enjoy the Service.

When you use the Service to engage with others, do not bully people, or write anything horrible about people, or share other peoples' private or personal information.

Do not use the Service to do anything illegal. Do not do anything that Indius tells you not to do.

Do not encourage anyone to break these rules.

Your Rights and Our Rights

You own any original pictures, videos and text you create. Indius will not rent or sell your personal information or data to anyone. When you delete your account, Indius will delete all the information and data therein.

You are responsible for anything you do using the Service, and for anything you share. You should use common sense and your best judgment when using the Service.

It will be assumed that you own what you share, and that what you share does not break the law. If it does, and you are fined, you will have to pay that fine.

Indius can change or end the Service. Indius can stop you accessing the Service at any time, for any reason, and without letting you know in advance. Indius can delete content it deems offensive, without telling you, for any reason. If Indius does this, Indius will not be responsible for paying out any money and you will not have any right to complain.

Indius can remove, edit, block and/or monitor any accounts that Indius thinks break any of these rules.

Indius is not responsible if somebody breaks the law or breaks these rules. But if you break them, you are responsible.

Indius can change these terms of service at any time by posting an updated version, whether you notice it or not.

Other Terms

The Service is provided "as-is", without any warranties of any sort.

Indius has the right to contact you via the email address and/or the phone number you provided during signup.

You agree to indemnify and hold Indius harmless against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Services and your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes related to these terms will be settled by binding arbitration.
